FAQ - Checkout options

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept both VISA, and Mastercard as payment options. We also accept EFTPos at our shop.

This website will also allow for Direct Debit and Cheque options within Australia. Please note that these payment methods slow down delivery times since goods are not sent until funds have cleared. We will advise you of the total cost of your purchase including freight when the order is ready. Please do not pay until we have notified you with banking details and the total cost due. We also accept Australia Post COD orders.

  1. How secure are my credit card details?

Your card details are placed in a highly system. All personal details are encrypted. The encrypted pages are identifiable by the change of the URL from “http” to “https” as well as a closed lock appearing to the right side of the address bar. Currently the URL looks something like the image below, with “secure.inspiredgraphix” being the company that secures our website information.

  1. How are my products shipped and what does it cost?

We have many options available. These are listed when proceeding through the checkout. There will be an indication for each option to the cost of the shipment. We only charge for the cost incurred to us and do not add additional charges for handling. If requested, we will advice to the total cost of shipping before the order is processed. Please note that we are not responsible for the loss of any items where no insurance has been requested by you. However, insurance is an option available for many services and most services have some insurance already included. The limit of the insurance is further explained when you arrive at the shipping option in the check-out.

  1. I just placed an order and would like to add something?

Although most orders are processed within an hour or so (during normal work hours), it is possible to add items just by creating another order. We will notice separate orders placed by the same customer very quickly and combine these accordingly. Postal charges are processed only once this way as well, saving you additional money.
